We stayed here for two nights. I will say this that once you book this apartment you will not be able to reach them to make any changes. I tried for 5 months and hotels.com was unable to reach them by phone or email. When you check in, you will need to go to another location about 15-20 minutes from the apartment. They don’t provide cleaning for any stay under 7 days. The apartment didn’t have hot water and no heater although I was able to fix the hot water by talking to them over the phone but not able to fix heater. The apartment is near Angel train station and many small cafe shops around our apartment. Check out was a breeze since you leave the key on dining room table. Our apartment had a stove, refrigerator, washer (no dryer), iron, TV and good WiFi.

The location of the property was ideal right outside Harringdon Station which provided accessability to all of London with Kings Cross Station 1 stop away and Liverpool Station 7 minutes, but keep in mind the check in was at a different location. The property advertised was not the property we received - the address was non-existent which was extremely frustrating. The toilets were extremely disappointing with the shower heads providing minimal pressure and water - it would have been easier to shower with a garden hose. The first shower we took, there was a major leak in the bathroom flooding the bathroom. Credit to the management, we had someome within the hour to fix the problem. Nonetheless, the experience at this place was okay, quite disappointing. Luckily i didn't spend much time at the place. I probably wouldn't return here.

You don’t know what you’re getting
We were looking for a place in King’s Cross area and saw this listing with 131 King’s Cross Road address. During checking in at a remote office, to our surprises we were told that the listed address was just a “general address” and we got an apartment in a different location. They gave us a place located right next to a busy tube station which happened to have above ground tracks and trains that run until very late. On top of that, next to our building was a construction site that always started early in the morning. While the apartment was clean as expected and conveniently located next to a tube station, the noise had kept us up at night and morning. From the constant screeching brakes from the trains all day to the construction noise next door and all of its glory, generator, power wash, drilling, hammering, yelling etc. The apartment itself was great, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and all of the appliances worked well, although no air conditioner but we didn’t need it. Overall experience: 2 stars. This was our first and will be our last with this company. If you like unpleasant surprises then this is for you. Otherwise stay away.

The positives: Our family liked the location of the property, which was a residential area within a short walking distance of the subways and buses. We liked having a kitchen and washer within our flat. Our second flat was clean and tidy. Midway through our stay, the cleaning crew came in to change sheets & towels, and clean the space. A few negatives: the first flat we were sent to was filthy. At 1:30am, after a long flight from the US, this was not an optimal start to our trip. We called Snell apartments, however, and they immediately rectified the situation by moving us to a new flat. We appreciated their immediate attention to our concern. The hot water heater in the apartment was problematic for us. We kept having to flip the water switch in the hopes we could get some hot water. We learned to tag team as a family and all take showers one after the other, so everyone could get a warm water shower. We did contact the apartment manager who said the heater was fine. In our flat it wasn’t, but we made it work. The only other issue we had, which was not something Snell could address, was the location of a nightclub on the property. It is open Wednesday through Saturday. The nights it was open made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Overall, we appreciated our Space and the Snell property management team. We would definitely rent from them for future trips.

Good location. Fantastic coffee shop next door but one to the apartment! Great restaurants within a 5 min walk too and both Tesco and Waitrose for basics

The water heater was not functioning at all when we arrived and we noticed it on the morning after our arrival. We immediately called the agency who told us someone would come during the afternoon while we were away. When we came back at 8pm, it was still not functioning. We had to call again.. to finally get someone come to our flat on our 3rd and last day, fixing the issue in about 2 minutes... Really disappointing. Except from that, the apartment was really clean and oractical.

Just right
The apartment was everything we needed. Spacious enough for our family of 4, with a 3 year old and 9 month old in tow. The area was perfectly suited for our needs with easy access to Kings Cross station 10 minute walk way. Would recommend the flat to anyone who doesn't need the services of a 4 star hotel and wants to feel like a local for a few days.

Terrible - did not get what we paid for
I have NEVER written a bad review for accommodation until now. We did not get what we paid for. The photos and address listed are deceptive. We booked what we thought was a light, airy and spacious apartment at the listed Kings Cross address (as per photos). What we got was a much smaller apartment. The apartment was not very clean. It had a dirty refrigerator, dirty dishes in the cupboards, dirty mirrors, rubbish on the balcony. It smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking property and it was much smaller than the one advertised. The wifi was poor. Other small things included mold in the bathroom, the front door had been screwed together and only 4 cereal bowls when the booking was for 5. The only good things that I can say is that the location was okay (too far to walk to the tube with our 4 year old) but it did have a good bus connection to the city centre and the neighbourhood felt very safe. I do not recommend booking with this company.

Il est placé à côté du métro, une des chambres est un peu bruyante mais ça passe. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé. Dommage qu'il manque d'entretien, pas de pression dans une salle de bain, les rideaux cassés qui ne fonctionnent pas. Tout cela n'a pas vraiment d'importance nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

King's Cross ble til Barbican, men ellers bra!
Først uken vi skulle reise ble vi fortalt at innsjekk skal gjøres på et kontor 3 stopp fra der vi ble innkvartert. Innkvarteringen ble heller ikke der vi hadde bestilt (King's Cross) men 2 holdeplasser fra opprinnelig bestilling (Barbican). Men, med litt planlegging og google maps hjelp gikk innsjekkingen effektivt, og leiligheten vi fikk var tipp topp. Barbican var også et fint område og passet til vår type tur.

Sur la confirmation de réservation Nous n'avons pas eu l'information que l'appartement n'était situé à "King's cross road" L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisé situé proche de pubs et avec une grande baie vitrée nous avons tous les bruits de la rue En soirée nous sommes comme dans une ruche L'état de l'appartement est moyen : parquet abîmé couchage dans le canapé vraiment pas terrible (beaucoup de lattes manquantes ) Chasse d'eau des Wc de la salle d'eau qui fuit Porte serviette de cette salle d'eau branlant Chauffage de la salle de bain en Marche et impossible de l'arrêter Porte du frigo difficile à ouvrir car porte façade plus attachée Manque de couverts il n'y a que 5 exemplaires alors que nous avons réservé pour 6 Le concierge dans le hall est pas du tout aimable nous avions un problème de badge à une porte il n'a pas voulu nous répondre
