Staff are super nice and it's a beautifully built, super clean comfy hotel. Make sure to ask if your room has a bathroom, I got a five person bedroom and didn't know the bathroom would be across the hall, but luckily we asked if there was another three bedroom that we could make with a bathroom in it and they kindly shifted our room to there, as we had an elderly person with us. There are stairs but no lift fyi for people with issues walking up stairs.

It was perfect for what I needed. Just a cheap and simple room that was comfortable. Great service and hospitality. Loved being able to keep our bags there even after we checked out. Would definitely recommend or go again

It was not the right choice for us. Shared bathroom downstairs and minimal offerings were not the right fit for us. Staff was very kind. Facility was clean. Bit of a youth hostel vibe. A good choice if you are cost driven..

Bedbugs alert Arrived at the property and was told by reception that the only room available is the top unit. We checked in and I dragged my sister and my two nearly 80 year old grandparents up three treacherous flights of stairs. The first thing we noticed was that there is no shower or toilet inside the room. The second thing we noticed was that there is no A/C. Regardless we were dead tired and wanted to just sleep. I lied on the bed and within minutes felt an itch on my chest and leg. I looked down and saw a bedbug and screamed. I got everyone out of there, ran downstairs and complained about bedbugs to the reception. I told him I got bit and he did not respond. The customer service is lacking, the cleanliness of the hotel is questionable, and there is an unmistakable presence of bed bugs. The photos on expedia did not match the room either. This place is perhaps the worst accommodation I had ever set foot in and that’s saying a lot having traveled all over Europe and Asia. Management refused to acknowledge bed bug issue despite another reviewer mentioning bed bugs and they also denied my refund request. I had to double book another hotel for that night’s stay. I am home now and still itching from the bedbug bites. I am worried that I brought bed bugs home. Save your sanity and go elsewhere instead of this hotel of horrors.

This no thrills hotel is comfortable, close to the tube (10 min walk) and is centrally located in London. You can walk to the British Museum (10 min), 30 min to the National Museum, 10 min. walk to Pancras and Kings Cross train stations. Tube to Camden is 15 min., Tower Bridge 15-20min. Covent Garden (10min). The room and shower and very small but this is typical to London. The shower pressure was wonderful and the water was as hot as you would like. Would stay there again.

We got bitten by Bed bugs. The room was dated and very small. There is no elevator, stairs are very narrow and squeaky. No air conditioning, the room was hot.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t! This hotel was great and I’ll definitely stay here again. My room was small but reasonable, the stairs are twisty and uneven (so if you have mobility concerns DO NOT ignore this factor), the shared bathrooms were clean (except occasionally late at night) and not a big deal. The bathrooms might be in unusual spots but there are plenty of them! The staff were accommodating (some chattier than others) and someone is always onsite. I didn’t hear anyone in the neighboring rooms but did sometimes hear people climbing the stairs or the fire doors shutting. Tea & coffee were provided too!

Great hotel and great price
Great hotel and great price for central London. I've stayed here several times and the staff are always very friendly. Shared bathrooms are also not an issue as there are plenty of them and they are always kept clean.
