Dear Silja ,I am so terribly sorry to read of what a disappointing stay you had and I only wish we had known of your dissatisfaction before you left us.I like to think that when we have a guest whom is unhappy with any aspect of the hotel and itsservices, we successfully manage to change their perception of the Chilworth by correcting the issues they are unhappy with.I also like our guests to feel they receive value for money, and I don’t like the idea of our visitorsleaving dissatisfied with something they have paid for and I would like to deeply apologize should you feel this way.Having said that, I would like the opportunity to make a future stay memorable for the right reasons.
