The property is a bit rundown for a 5 stars. I found the rooms too basic, small, superficial cleaning (some areas were dusty) and basic products. It is however conveniently located just a few minutes walk to Paddington station.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Chilworth down for BST Hyde Park. Ideal location to be within walking distance of venue and so many other places. We both had 2 x single rooms which while very compact were comfortable and had all the mod cons. Lovely bathroom with excellent rain shower although wish the shower door slided back further - if you are on large side you need to go sideways but once in plenty room to manoeuvre. Double bed was so comfortable. Would stay again.

It was very central for Paddington and Hyde Park .. They need a ramp at the entrance for easiness of getting your luggage cases into hotel...theres 3 steps now and if they are heavy its a struggle

Completed check in at 11am, dropped bags and headed out for the day. Came back at 4pm to be told the room was not ready and we could not go to the bar as a private event was being held. So we had to sit in the lobby for 10 mins waiting for a room key. Then we were told the concierge was too busy to get our bags. Finally, on entering the room, we were greeted with the smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom. We headed back to reception, booked an alternative hotel and got a refund. Dreadful experience, avoid.

Booked and paid for a large room for four nights. When we arrived to the hotel, they said the room is in a different building, two blocks away on the other side of the street. When asked they assured it is the same hotel. Well, it was a totally different hotel, outdated and shabby max 3* level hotel. Unbelievable scam. Thanks to ebookers, our trip was a succes. Ebookers immediately agganged us a beautiful room in a nearby 5* hotel, with no extra cost. Zero points to Montcalm, but ten points for ebookers.

das Hotel liegt in der nähe von der U Bahn Statione, auch hat es einige gute restaurands in der Nähe. Leider hat es überal auf den Böden Teppiche und im Treppenhaus riecht es nach( katzenurin). Es hat einen Fahrstuhl. Das Frühstück , Englsh, Bohnen, Früchten Käse , eier, speck, gute Auswahl etc. werde die Adresse behalten für ein ander mal.

Gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in London. Das Hotel ist in wenigen Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Paddington Station erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind eher klein geschnitten von daher würde ich das Hotel nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen jedoch für einen Wochenendausflug perfekt.
