Property is gorgeous and you cannot beat the location! Rooms could use some minor updates/repairs, but they are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were very good.

This hotel is a great spot for vacationing in London. It's a quick walk to many historical sites as well as the Embankment tube stop. Really good service and the rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable. The small bar is pretty lively at night, and the daily breakfast is also excellent.

Perfect location. Front of the house staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff not so much. A bit snooty - they acted like they may not have room for us and seated us at the very back corner of the restaurant when the place was nearly empty. Every evening we tried to get in they told us they were all booked when it did not appear to be. If you’d like to wear a suit and tie to breakfast on your vacation , their restaurant is for you. Perfect location though so stay there, just plan to eat every meal elsewhere (which is very easy given the location).

The hotel was unique, and rooms were very quiet and large. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport which was ready and on site early. This was a plus. The location of the hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. We felt the picture on Expedia website was deceiving since there is no grass in front of the hotel. For the price of the rooms, we felt there should have been more amenities in the room - wine, goodies in fridge, etc.

Review of hotel
Fantastic location.Always stay here when visit London. Can easily work everywhere. Staff very friendly accommodating. Food great love the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Plenty of choice. The only negative the bathroom grouting is in need of a bit of attention and the main shower did not work but the smaller shower worked fine. Great addition was the sift drinks and popcorn and chocolate bar in the mini bar which was a welcome treat when arrived back at the hotel after a day out.
