There was like warm water for the shower in the morning. Would have appreciated it a bit hotter especially on a freezing cold day. You can hear the guests in the other rooms talking if you don’t have a tv or other device on in your own room. Staff were professional and kind.

Nice hotel, very central but avoid upgrades!
Nice hotel in a very central location which is brilliant for the theatres. The room was fine and we were convinced to upgrade our room for the “bargain price” of £30 by the host at reception. “You will get a free mini bar which is worth more than the £30 alone” we were told. Well, the mini bar consisted of a 268ml bottle of Becks beer, a can of gin & tonic, a can of Coca Cola, a can of diet Coca Cola and a can of Sprite. We thought it must have been robbed! Anyway, a nice hotel, but don’t fall for the “bargain” upgrade. I would have scored higher if i hadn’t felt like I’d been hoodwinked!

Lovely hotel and close to bus and Tube. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaints: a strong smell of cleaning materials in my room and no way to open the window. Nice to have a safe but low and difficult to access. No dedicated/marked bins for recycled items in room.

Great location near abritish Museum and a wide choice of places to eat and drink. 10mons from Holborn station and walking distance from Leicester Square. Hotel is nice. But breakfast is cheaper and better on Museum street around the corner. Room was not made up. Staff said it was because we had put the do not disturb sign out between 3pm and 6pm however I asked at 3pm for the room to be cleaned when we went out at 6pm which they said they would arrange but didn't.

Perfect in every way!
Couldn’t fault it. Great location. Smart building. Very clean. Great sized rooms for London with all the extra’s including iron, hairdryer, tea/coffee/biscuits & water. Proper bathroom with bath and 2 showers! Super friendly & efficient staff. Lovely restaurant with super buffet & full English breakfast.

Very good hotel with excellent accessibility..
Really loved staying at this hotel. Multiple reasons: cleanliness, location, accessibility to tourist places and restaurants, amazing parks and gardens, bus stops, train stations close by, etc. Definitely recommend this hotel!
