"The hotel itself is really nice and in a good location. Nice outside pool with bar. Private area at Miami Beach - even if it takes about 45 minutes to get there and the only thing you get for free is a chair. My room was really good as well - the only issue was that the AC was quite loud, I had to shut it off for the night. But the staffing problem here is real. You have to call multiple times to get a hold of anyone at the reception. Checking out took forever - long lines and only two people working. Housekeeping came to my door at 7:15pm after I had been gone the whole day. Just add more people to the staff, don't ruin a good thing by being too cheap."

"A hotel in a good location. However, the traffic noise was disturbing (our room was on the 6th floor). The breakfast was excellent. I would have liked some storage space in the room, and a side table or chair in the hallway as well."
