Sauberkeit der Räume und Lage Top. Francesco hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Für einen City Trip Top Accomodation. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Von einem Hotel kann keine Rede sein, hier handelt es sich an zwei zusammengelegte Häuser in denen Zimmer vermietet werden. Das enthaltene Frühstück kann man sich auch sparen, Instantkaffe zum selber machen in einer überfüllten, kleinen und unsauberen Küche, in der man sich sein Geschirr vor der Benutzung (und danach) selbst waschen muss. Ansonsten Toast und Jam oder Mini Packungen Cellogs Müsli mit Milch. Von den “hochwertigen Betten” habe ich jetzt noch Rückenschmerzen, denn ein dicker Pulli auf einem Holzboden ist sicherlich ebenso bequem, wie dieses winzige Bett, in dem man es zu zweit kaum aushalten kann. Bitte schauen Sie auf keinen Fall unter die Bettlaken, davon könnte einem schon übel werden. Die auf den Fluren befindlichen Bäder sehen renoviert aus, allerdings waren diese nie sonderlich sauber, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war etwas gering, Temperatur wurde aber konstant gehalten. 3,5 Sterne- naja davon darf man hier nichts erwarten. Es gibt sogar ein kleines Shampoo und Handtücher, aber es gibt keinen Föhn. Das Rooftop/der Chill-Out Bereich ist sehr ungemütlich und neben einer kleinen Hütte auf dem Dach, die scheinbar als weiteres Zimmer fungiert. Nicht von den Fotos blenden lassen. FAZIT: Das mag jetzt alles sehr schlecht klingen, allerdings ist die Lage (für uns) super toll gewesen, wird wurden sehr nett empfangen, nach dem hier steht “mindestens 24h vorher melden”. Diese Info sei unfug- das Büro (nein keine Rezeption) sei meistens von 10-10 besetzt.

Dear HW, thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear this now, we could have done something when you were here to make your stay more comfortable and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Just to clarify, we do have hair dryer in our property, it is listed on the website, our staff is in the property to help from 10AM to 10PM and after 10PM we have security in the property, our customer service is one of our strength but if nobody ask support we can't image the guests needs. Excellent location, affordable, clean...

Pros: Location
Cons: Noise from the street woke me up a couple of times.
... a bit difficult to find as the signs on the door are small. Very clean, very basic as the bathrooms are shared. The rooms are relatively small and stairs are steep so perhaps not the best choice for those with disabilities. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again when visiting London.

Nice hotel, small rooms but have it all

The breakfast and kitchen are great, and so is the location. However the restroom(shower and toilet) is a bit too few, one restroom per floor. Except this, this is a good place to stay in.
