Lovely breakfast and very good service. Two things: how about shower mats in the showers? Slippery. Also, how about a bar of soap and a wash cloth in the bathroom. The safe was a bit fussy.
Hotel staff were lovely and welcoming and the room was decent however there are mice. We were unable to sleep due to the mice and felt that it had ruined our stay. Due to this there was also a foul odour in our room which made it unpleasant and difficult for us to breathe.
The room was stifling hot the entire stay because our room AC couldn’t keep up. The lift was broken for the last 5 days of our stay resulting in us having to carry suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The front desk staff were pleasant but couldn’t assist with simple tasks like replacing dead batteries in the tv remote. Lastly the shower temperature control could not be adjusted for colder water resulting in hot showers for all during a small heat wave. We brought it up to the staff twice but they were unable to adjust the water temperature to anything below very warm. While we didn’t observe any mice, there were mousetraps under the beds.
Our room was advertised as a family room however the room was way too small for 5 people especially with a bathroom that is the size of an airplane bathroom.
The hotels location is convenient to Paddington Station and Hyde Park but I would not reccomend it at all. The value for money is low and the staff responsiveness to guest issues is quite poor as well.
The area was great and the staff too rooms were small but comfy.

Value for money
Staff were lovely, breakfast was lovely. Room was small but had everything we needed, maybe the bathroom could do with a refurb. Only issue I had was the noise but it was good value for money and great location
We stayed for a couple of night's and the hotel was excellent. We had a basement twin room, air conditioning. The free breakfast is also really good. The area is really nice close to Paddington Station. Plus Hyde Park is in walking distance.
First of all, staff were not nice or have skills to deal with customers, they were rude and taught. Second, maintenance of the room was bad. Raining water was leaking from the roof and stinky smell especially in the night, and mices were running in the room. Unfortunately, there was no solution to make us safe and comfortable in the room. The manger moved us to other wores hotel which was faraway from the centeral area. Also, that room didn't have air-conditioning or a good fresh air.
This hotel was a worse experience we had in our trip. Don't recommend it at all. Just wasting money and time at bad place and staff.
