This is a very well run hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. On a morning the manager can be seen walking around the hotel to check everything is to the his standards and the he greets all the staff and guests that he sees. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. There is a turn down service which is nice sets the mood for a good nights sleep. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but I did have breakfast which was excellent. Freshly made omelette is my recommendation although all the breakfast is really and just what you need for a day ahead in London! I will definitely use this hotel again in the future and I take this opportunity to thank the staff for making my one night stay feel like a week.

Stayed overnight at the hotel with my wife and infant son as we attended a friend's wedding which was at the same premises. Comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Easy check-in and the lovely Christmas decoration was a nice touch. The room was spacious & clean & the little Fox soft toy & baby gift bag placed inside the baby cot was very thoughtful.

We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. The hotel was great, staff were nice and helpful. We had to wait for our room quite a while even though we arrived somewhere near 15.30, so that was dull. After that all went well and the room was spacious and clean. Something that I left missing was some more drinks or else in the fridge, only a one tiny water bottle was offered daily, tap water tasted bad and the fridge was not even cold enough (and smelled like smoked salmon). 😄
