Apartment was great overall. Convenient, clean, good location, front desk helpful. Could use better instructions for washer/dryer as we had to dry everything twice. Also quite warm as there is no air conditioner.

Hi - we were disappointed looking at the hotel room, it looked spacious and different in pictures. Our hotel felt claustrophobic, congested with no A/C and little windows without mesh. No fan in the bathroom made things uncomfortable for the family usage. And no cleaning service for 5 days we stayed was not made clear in the hotel description . Kitchen amenities, laundry was useful. Location was great and convenient to station. But otherwise rooms felt like a dungeon. Wouldn’t recommend to friends

Property in a great location, walkable from Paddington Station if taking Heathrow Express. Front desk and communication via email excellent. However for the price and rating of hotel it did not meet expectations. Very run down and dirty. Highly recommend the area but would look elsewhere for accommodations.

Great place to study in Paddington
Great little apartment / big and spacious compared to many London places. Staff very friendly and helpful - duty manager Alexandra exceptionally helpful when we had some washing machine issues. We’ve had three stays over two weeks - visiting other England cities for meetings between stays. Luggage storage and welcome back has been appreciated. We’re back for one more stay this trip in two weeks. 😊

A great option for us as a couple, as one of us is a nasty snorer, so the 2nd bedroom came in very handy. The location is excellent and the staff were lovely.
