We stayed 3 nights on our final night we came back to find we had not been left any water, the teabags and milk had not been topped up we had no bath mat. We had to call reception at 11pm when we got back as also the tv had stopped working

This hotel was wonderful, a very comfortable clean family room (very comfy bed and sofa bed) and the staff were absolutely amazing! They made such a fuss of my little girls, so family friendly! The swimming pool and tube station across the road made this an easy trip to London with two small children.

Nice room but ..
Nice room but tea station had no plug to plug kettle in . How to switch the lighting was complicated and I would imagine mind blowing for the less technical. Loved the Elemis products and the tea tray products. Free bottled water as well a bonus .

QThe location is good, and the staff are very helpful. Relatively quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't get the breakfast, but got local pastries instead.

Checkin took about 20mins. The process seems to take ages. Breakfast was a joke. Went down at 7.45am to miss the 8am rush only to find a massive queue, almost out of the front door. They opened another room but started taking people from the middle of the queue and not the front. I waited 25mins and then spoke to someone who then took me round to the other room. The quality and availability of food was poor. We booked this hotel as having 2 children with us we thought it would come in handy the following morning. You have to book a time slot and we tried once we checked in only to find all slots prior to our checkout were already taken.
