As with all park plaza hotels in the area. County hall, westminster bridge, riverside. Standards are slipping! There is an evident lack of investment from the owners. Shame as they used to be really excellent.

Air conditioning didn’t work through my week stay, so the room felt like a sauna and it was hard to sleep at night. The restaurant and room service food is very bad. I recommend you get Uber eats instead. Parking was full, so I had to park a 5 minute walk away which was inconvenient.

The location is in safe neighborhood and is in close proximity to many of the historical sights London has to offer. We had an overall rewarding experience. The a/c was out on our floor both nights of our stay but the staff was quick to offer fans or a room change. The guest services manager comped breakfast for us when you opted not to change rooms.

Hotel overall was great except for the strong, over powering smell of perfume or patchouli in the lobby. Loved the location. Close to Westminster Bridge, Lambeth North station and bus stops. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops near by, but found the area a bit rough.

Enjoyed stay very much & would return to the hotel. Would suggest inclusion of pegs in the room to hang jackets if it was wet outside. Also some more shelf space in the bathroom. (Room 929 - great view) . Excellent hotel & location.

The hotel offers exactly what was described in the description. It also is very walkable to all major tourist routes and elements which was important to us. I am also a light sleeper so the blackout shutter and the general quietness of the room were all nicely appreciated after a full day’s walk sightseeing.

This hotel was really really nice. The room was beautiful. Staff were friendly. The area is very good and you feel safe at all times. There is an underground so close to the hotel which made it easy to go around. Loved my experience here.
