I enjoyed my stay. A wonderful area. Walkable. Great views. Only problem I would have is the tv. I wasn’t able to stream anything since I couldn’t connect to it. But other than that it was amazing.

The location is the biggest highlight. However if you are an American expect there to be no fridge in normal room and the electrical wiring is weird so finding a place to charge things can be difficult.

So close to the tower bridge that they used to fish drowning victims out of the Thames right outside.

This hotel is well placed to tour London. The surrounding area has restaurants, stores and access to botas, the Tower of London, the Bridge and many others. Convenient for calling in rides.

We were a little disappointed- We booked a suite, which looked lovely, cosy and welcoming- our room however was not at all like the photos. The manager explained that not every room was the same, however our room had basic furnishings that were not comfortable to sit and enjoy a cocktail in the living room. No decorations or lamps, the bedroom tv did not work, the beds in the suite were a double, but the standard rooms had kings?? The manager offered to change rooms on our second day, but we were leaving the next day, and the thought of moving was a hassle. She kindly gave us breakfast in lieu of the substandard room. The breakfast was a buffet, and ok the best part was the omelette station. The Vu Bar upstairs is lovely and overlooks the Thames - I highly recommend having a drink and nibbles. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay quite enjoyable

Slightly gutted
I was gutted, we paid £200 a night here for a birthday stay, although the bed was a great size and very comfortable we were disappointed with a few of the amenities. It offers 24/7 room service however that is only from external restaurants so basically they can accept just eat orders. But their own room service is 10am-10pm which is pretty standard however we were unable to get room service at all, and we tried several times. We tried to phone down but never got an answer. They have a QR code you can scan but every time we tried to order through there we could never get through and there was an hour wait. We just wanted to order a drink to the room whilst we got ready, we ended up going down to the bar to order where they then told us they don’t accept cash, and we couldn’t charge to our room so we’re unable to get a drink. When we went downstairs to order a taxi, the concierge desk was pretty busy but reception was empty with three gentleman behind the desk so we asked the reception desk to order us a taxi and they said they couldn’t and we had to wait for concierge so 15 minutes later after standing around waiting we eventually got to the concierge desk. It’s really the simple things when you’re paying £200 a night we just want to be able to get a drink and order a taxi easily. The bathroom also had a hole in the wall as well as mould and stains in the shower. I was really hoping for the best so was slightly gutted for my birthday.

Loved our night at The Tower Hotel!
Excellent way to end our honeymoon! 100% recommend The Tower Hotel! We had a bridge view room, which was absolutely worth it. Just stunning. Our welcome was above and beyond, even surprising us with champagne to celebrate! The bed was very comfortable, the heated floor in the bathroom was amazing, the provided robe was welcomed, the breakfast was top notch. We loved our stay!

Location wise this hotel was spectacular. The restaurants in and around the hotel were fantastic as well. My one comment is the furnishings were outdated and we had no cooling in our room even when opening the windows and I was extremely hot sleeping at night.

Beautiful view from the bridge-side room and not overly loud! A bit of a walk to the nearest tube station, but worth it entirely for the nighttime panoramic of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge!

Good location and the view of the bridge is amazing. It was very warm in our room and no way to consistently cool. Had to leave windows open but then the drapes block any incoming air. No plugs on an entire wall which was the wall where the beds are so charging phones, etc has to be done across the room. Our no service/service light was not working. Needs more hooks, ours was broken so no where to put towels.
