"It was super easy to reach the hotel from Haneda airport, since the limousine bus stopped right in front of the hotel. Busy streets and subway lines were quite close but far enough so we couldn't hear any noise from outside. Good curtains made sure that the morning sun didn't wake us up too early. Overall the hotel was ok but bit outdated. If you have for example asthma I wouldn't recommend this hotel because, I got stuffy nose and cough everytime I was inside our room. It could be becaue of dusty carpets or air conditioning, I don't know. "

"High quality airport hotel. It is airport hotel so don't expect anything special. Clean room, great location, hotel staff that can communicate with English. (English is still quite uncommon in Tokyo. Hotel's own italian restaurant has staff with very limited English like basic things example. "Still water" may need to be pointed with finger from drink-menu)."
