Great Stay & Service, Just a Small Recommendation

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, assisting us efficiently during both check-in and check-out. They even released our room early as it was ready, which was much appreciated. At check-out, they thoughtfully asked if we needed to store our luggage—such a helpful touch! The gym is a nice bonus for guests. Though it's a small room with limited facilities, it works well for a small group looking to get a quick workout. The location is fantastic, being very close to both the tube and train station, making it super convenient for getting around. One small downside was the pillow selection—the one provided was too soft for my preference, and while there was an extra in the wardrobe, it was too high. A firmer pillow option would be a great addition for better comfort. If they maintain a competitive rate, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Worn out.

the rooms are very worn out. the furniture is worn out and the chairs are completely worn out. there is nothing on the walls and the curtains are a roller blind from the 1990s. the bathroom is worn out and it is difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. the beds are nice and clean. lobby and restaurant are nice and clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming

The hotel and decor was very good, a great supply of chocolate mints at reception. Staff were very helpful. It was a little way out of the centre but had great bus and tube links and it was easy to walk, which we did.

stay away from this place!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The property feels quite old and poorly maintained, with worn-out furnishings and outdated windows that don’t close properly. This became a major issue at night, as the loud noise from the air conditioning units outside made it feel like I was inside a propeller plane. I struggled to sleep and eventually had to call the front desk at 1 AM due to the unbearable noise. While they did accommodate my request to change rooms, the improvement was minimal—the noise level only reduced from 61dB to 48dB, which still made it difficult to rest. In total, I think I managed only about three hours of sleep. Given the discomfort and lack of proper sound insulation, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. If you value a good night’s sleep, stay away from this place!

Amazing customer service

Lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were absolutely amazing. They all went out of their way to make it special. The hotel is located conveniently by Warren St Tube station which is Northern and Victoria line. So close to Soho and Kings Cross for convenient access. 24hr Tesco next door also is a bonus. Will be back again! Thank you so much

We stayed as it was near to euston station The room was ok,but the aircon was noisy so we switched it off,the bathroom fan ran all night which wasnt good for a nights sleep and the water in the morning wasnt hot,did complain when checking out and got an apology,,will think twice going back

I stayed here as I had to get an early Eurostar the next morning. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of both St Pancras and the theatre district, allowing me to take in a play the evening before my trip. It was relatively cheap for its area.
