"Location excellent. Hotel only mediocre. Rooms cramped. Shower waterpressure poor. Almost no closet room for clothes. House service poor ( every day we had to ask for fourth towels instead of three) even we were four of us in a 4 -bed room . Toilet paper had to asked more several times. Air-con was the worst, extremely loud and always either too cold or completely dead. Unvelievably bad for a hotel only 2 years old. Reception desk staff were friendly but genuine total care of customers lacked. Positive exeption was the guy who took care of our luggage and limo to the airport. He was a gem!"

"Excelent location, friendly staff. The room was spacious enough and cleaned every other day. Breakfast was ok, we would like to have some vegetables as well, but otherwise it was very good. Sometimes the elevators were a bit busy, but it didn’t bother us too much. "
