"Lapsen kanssa matkassa. Kovasti mainostettu uima-allas tuntui huijaukselta, oli erillismaksullinen ja lapsen kanssa uintimahdollisuus oli 3h/päivä ja samaan aikaan saattoi olla muita uintiryhmiä. Ennen klo 9 ja klo 18 jälkeen oli pelkästään aikuisille ja lisäksi päivällä ryhmiä joiden aikana oli muilta suljettu. Aamulla olisi yksi tunti ollut klo 9 jälkeen kun ei ollut ryhmää, mutta 10-vuotiaan kiellettiin tällöinkin menemästä. "

"Stayed there for 3 nights. Hotel was chosen because of the river view. We stayed in executive room with river view. But I have never have experienced this kind of horrible customer service that I received when we checked in. They couldn’t fulfill little requests which were told first at reservation, emailed week before arrival and many times again upon arrival. After asking these again and again, we got them in late evening. After that reception staff’s attitude was weird, they had ”better things to do” when I asked for help etc. They also gave choice between room’s daily cleanup and restaurant voucher/wine bottle/reward points. After two days of waiting, went back to the reception and got the bottle. If I hadn’t asked that, I hadn’t got bottle or the cleanup which is golden standard in this class of hotels. Hotel itself was really nice, good location, really nice view. Even the hotelbuilding itself was nice, I can NOT recommend this hotel. "
