The bathroom was cobweby and dusty - clearly not cleaned for a long time! When we checked out and complained there was no apology! Also finding a space in the car park was a nightmare as they’ve decided to make a fortune from B’ham 7/14 day airport parking - it was rammed!

A few minutes walk to the NEC. Lovely room, comfortable king size bed. Free leisure facilities on site, used the pool and sauna. Friendly staff and a lovely evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I guess the hotel was built in the 1980’s and whilst you can’t expect the building itself to move with the times, you might expect the services to. Instead 80’s hotel and 80’s quality and services.

Easy to check in. Friendly staff. Bar food delicious and reasonable. Rooms dated but comfy. Ideal for NEC/BP Live just a 15 minute walk alone the main road. Would definitely book again.
