Good location, kind staff but very outdated, dusty
Hotel reception looks lovely and staff Were extremely kind and helpful, we got a seaview upgrade which was much appreciated however the rooms are very outdated and not very clean, the room was so hot and dusty we got really ill after the stay. Room temperature unbearable but they were unable to reduce the heat, when turning the fan on all the dust from old curtains sparse making us cough and ill. I would not return. Shame because position, reception and staff are lovely

I only went for a city room. This is a windowless room, but as I was only sleeping in it for the night, that's fine with me. Great value for money, and the hotel has many facilities. Decorated for Christmas. Bar was shut when we arrived back at 11pm. Position on the front is perfect for the pier and bandstand and only a short walk into town centre

Nice room, quite large for a single. Very spacious and clean bathroom. Good facilities in the room. Clean bedding and towels. The only slight issue was a noise all night from an extractor, or something like that, outside; however, I think that was probably just the room I was in, but overall very good - great price too.
