Breakfast was disappointing as would have thought more healthier choices such as more fruit, seeds. TV did not work in my room and a power socket out too.

It was ok but I would say it’s worth the money.

The stay was ok, tried to order room service but you have to do it online and the website would only let you get to a certain point before kicking you off! I tried several times before I gave up and had to go downstairs and order in the bar. Most of the stay was okay apart from the bathroom where clearly the cleaners do not clean behind the bathroom door as the white tiles behind the door were yellow where they clearly had not been cleaned and when you sat on the toilet, your leg was literally touching the toilet rolls so these are clearly in the wrong place!

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, ac didn’t work, bathroom had mould and smelt. Booked club room but very basic, no mini fridge, no water, no glasses and nowhere to really unpack!

Not the best night in farnborough

Food was 80 pounds for 3 burgers and some sides and was worse then Macdondles full member of the gym when asking if I could use the farnborough site was more or less told to go away as they didn’t know

Everything fine other than no one to help check in or ask questions to, you should atleast have 1 person meeting, greeting, aiding, helping us check in and directing us to rooms, felt abit like a Travelodge etc. first impressions put a sour taste for the rest of the stay.
