Very conveniently located but in a quiet location. Only had a cosy room but was larger than expected. Had a standard double but could’ve fitted a king size which would have been better . Very comfy . Lovely bathroom . Freshly cooked breakfast . Friendly staff and ample free parking

Lovely Quiet location but still central for Bournemouth Town Centre and also a very close distance to the seafront. Absolutely Beautiful Room and Absolutely loved the Relaxing Deep Bath.....We had a lovely nights stay!

Al a carte breakfast was very good. Comfortable bed, bed linen and towels good quality. No conditioner or soap. Bathroom really dark, needed more spotlights. No air con. Staff not that friendly but I would stay again as it’s location was good and quiet.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, our room was lovely, great breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel didn’t have air conditioning and was a little noisy e.g you could here guest upstairs running the bath.

Great property

Lovely hotel. Room decor and linens top notch. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was easy. Bit of a walk to city center but doable if you like to walk. Thought their tea service was just average for the cost.

A little bit of tranquil luxury

First time visitors and we will definitely be back. Staff so lovely and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Enjoyed sitting in the garden with a drink in the sunshine. Our room was scrupulously clean, spacious, super comfy bed and pillows, and a wonderful shower. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

Excellent location

Breakfast was superb. Location was peaceful but also excellent for buses and essy walking distance to centre. Only downside was lack of storage in the small double room. We would stay here again.

Wonderful b&b with lots of charachter

Overall thid hotel has lots of good points It's location is perfect for the town . Plenty of parking . Staff are very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Our only down points are there is no air conditioning. Probably as old building . We also didn't have any hot water one evening. Also.the electrics went on one wall.so no tv or plugs available. We would return as it wasn't that important to us . The bar was well stocked and imviting .
