This property is advertised as close to Terminal 2 and 3. However, it is only close to 2 and to go to Terminal is a very long process involving a need for improved directions and would not be for someone with limited access.

Excellent hotel and perfect location to the airport. I reserved a high room with the runway view and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The next time I fly out of Heathrow I will definitely stay here. A all around

Good hotel but older building needs and upgrade the staff very poor services. They only read and talk per their rules of books don’t bother to hear us and help out. But that is now UK it has changed.

I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to terminal 3 of Heathrow Airport. After I had checked in, I found out you must walk a Very long way while carrying or pulling all of your luggage. The verbal directions give by the individuals at the reception desk were very poor. A map would have helped greatly. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and the staff very accommodating. But based on the difficulties getting to the terminal, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Good choice for overnight at Heathrow

Has what I expect from Hilton - comfort & good service. Room was quiet & dark. Temperature good. Hotel is conveniently located in Heathrow’s Terminal two. I can’t give them a good eco rating, though. Too easy to waste electricity by leaving lights on.

All the staff were especially courteous an d helpful. Room was nice and clean. It is literally a two minute walk from tge terminal. The staff who checked us in was terrific unfortunately we left the card with qr comment code link in our room but she was exceptional. Bar and restaurant staff were very professional and the food was very good
