Bad experience this time

Rooms were freezing, i had to wear my clothes in bed and water boiling, couldnt even shower it was so hot. Asked about moving rooms as we were stayimg 2 nights but this could only be facilitated if id return to the hotel at 1pm. As i had a family engagement out of the city it wasnt possible. No other solution was offered to me. Ive stayed here before and always enjoyed it. It was so disappointing this time.

Nice staff, room generally OK for the location and price but a constant loud noise like a toilet cistern refilling and noise from the next room and corridors keeps me awake.

Perfect for a kip!

Perfect for me as a solo business traveller. All I need is a clean, affordable and quiet room with a good shower and TV. This was great value and an ideal location.

Clean, tidy and basic for a one night stay in London. Bed was comfortable enough for one night sleep but longer would probably not be advised. Good amenities generally. Found staff quite stand offish and cold, bordering on rude but then didn’t have too much contact with them fortunately. A small chat, welcoming smile and generally customer service would go a long way.
