Lovely hotel for a weekend away. My girlfriend and I had a great stay and our room was perfect. The pool area was really nice, however you did have to book each day, but this didn’t make any difference as it made it quiet and peaceful. The one thing I would’ve liked is the hotel to have parking but the hotel is a close walk to the train station luckily!

A nice sized room in a good location
This was a luxuriously large room in a conveniently located hotel. Bath is a very walkable city, so there was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.

The rooms were not as clean as they should have been with dusty surfaces and hairs in the sink and on the bathroom floor. Decent size room. The room faced the road which was quite noisy and had loud music from an outside establishment. Lovely clean pool facility but slippers cost £2! I wouldn’t stay again as didn’t feel it was good value for money or clean enough for my liking.

Overall good, however no robes or slippers, so had to dress to go down and from pool. Seated next to a family with kids at breakfast when we had been away as a couple without our kids. Children in next room Very noisy kept slamming doors, but hotel was nice. Clean, modern, ideal location next to all amenities, bars, shops etc.

Fabulous hotel, good value for money. Big room, huge comfy bed and pillows. walk in shower and a bath. Lovely complimentary bathroom products. Situated in a great spot for getting around the city. Everything we wanted to see and do was within a 15 minute walk. We have had a great time.

Hotel was absolutely lovely and it was in the perfect location for visiting Bath. We visited Bath Via train and the hotel was within walking distance of the train station. We visited as a group and all a of us received a complementary room up grade which was lovely. Could not fault the Hotel at all we will definitely be revisiting!!!

Stayed last weekend for the price we paid over £300 I expected luxury this sorely disappointed and was NOT luxury We booked as we wanted spa and pool facilities on arrival advised out of order no offers to compensate despite booking for this reason simply told no out of order The room spacious and clean but nothing special bathroom nice again nothing special standard room no different to a travel lodge I am a regular traveller for business reasons do know what good this does not offer anywhere near luxury more like 3stars maximum Would not stay here again as was very disappointing
