Comfortable room and nice bath. Excellent breakfast. 12pm check out is really good. Parking is a bit of distance

really enjoyed my stay! staff was really friendly and the room was gorgeous! the complimentary breakfast was great and loved that the tram stop is such a short walk away and literally £1 to get into city centre!! Would definitely stay again!

Helpful friendly staff, comfortable, clean, decent breakfast, spacious room with modern fittings and very comfortable bed. Nothing unique about the hotel in terms of character, but if you want a functional, pleasant, well located place to stay you will be hard pressed to find anything much better.

My kid and I had a nice stay, big and clean room, very comfortable bed. It is not too far from centre, Metro is behind hotel, 1 min walk. The breakfast buffet is very good, free WiFi is a plus. But no bath tube, no swimming pool or sauna which is often offered by a 4 star hotel. however we still enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
