Hotel wonderful and very comfortable, but breakfast overpriced for very average food. Access also difficult to find, ended up using the taxi ramp that said no pedestrians but at 01:30 didn’t much care

Very Impressed! My husband and I decided to stay at the Birmingham Airport Novotel, and we were so impressed by the location, the staff, the room, the bed, the restaurant, the bar…Everything! Every thing was fine except the tea making facilities which were much less than adequate. Two tea bags and two sticks of sugar is not good for a couple arriving at 8pm in the evening. We had to ask for extra tea bags which should not have had to do when paying over £100 for one night.

I recived a very nice room, it was very clean almost everywhere, untill i saw the carpet, it had a huge spillage stain that could have been removed, but wasnt for some reason. The service in the restaurant and the bar area are way too slow, there are 3 men running aroud trying to serve tables, but obviously they need a bigger staff. I ordered a Buddha salad, with smoked tofu, the tofu tasted like it hasn't smoked but rather dranched in a liquid smoke which was awful. The lettuce was totally wet, no flavors what so ever it was a waist of money. I came hungry and left hungry.
