I was expecting better if I’m being honest though it’s a lovely hotel my room was very dark and was next to the door that takes u into another corridor and constantly got woke up also bar staff were pretty miserable in the bar !

Amazing views of the Clifton suspension bridge, lovely breakfast. This is a great hotel if you're spending any time in Bristol. Would highly recommend.

A nice hotel and great location, but the room had clearly not been used for a while, and while pre paying for dinner was good value, it did not include the majority of the menu that required supplementary payment.

Comfy bed was the highlight
Room and bathroom spacious and bed very comfortable Rest of hotel felt a little less so We had 2 cups of tea in the lounge... 2 cups of warm water appeared (no saucers or tea spoons) 2 paper sachets with tea bags in and a glass tumbler with some milk in... for only £7.00! Plus an 80p service charge! Nice enough stay but probably wont stay there again

Fantastic views of the Gorge
Annual get-together with a group of work friends. Absolutely fantastic location, hotel rooms very comfortable if a little small for the price but I guess I paid for the view drinks expensive in the bar beautiful terrace service very good.

Remarkable! Seems utterly understated for a hotel in a unique position ( in Clifton on the edge of the gorge looking out at the iconic 250yr old suspension bridge). Beautifully finished room with humour in the wall 'paintings'. Lovely king size bed. Proper luxury without the pretensions of say London. Great service from all the staff. And at a stunningly reasonable price. Can't believe that there are ever rooms available! Book now!
