Second stay at this hotel, no faults at all. Ideal for one night as had tickets for Texas concert at Arena. Staff at reception polite and helpful, bar staff very good. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent location a few minutes' walk from the rail station. The room and hotel were spotless. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed visiting the Soap Factory bar where the friendly barman remembered our order and treated us like regulars. Wellington Place with a selection of restaurants and coffee shops is minutes away as is a handy Sainsbury's Local. We'll stay again when we next visit Leeds.

Family city break

Very modern clean hotel, room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had an amazing choice for every taste. The weather was very hot and rooms were too warm, needed a fan from reception. Propper air con system would have made all the difference.
