Little touches put set this hotel aside- still give a chocolate by the bed, decent selection for refreshments. Staff were all friendly and professional

Just returned from a lovely stay at The Crowne Plaza Liverpool. Perfect location right by the Liver Building overlooking The Mersey . Easy to find and great secure carpark. Lovely room looking out over The Liver Building and Mersey. Fantastic breakfast and all the staff throughout the hotel were great. Highly recommend easy walking distance to Albert Docks and Liverpool One. We will be back!

Great location next to the Mersey - convenient for access to everything - only 5-8 minute walk to Liverpool One - feels like an upscale hotel Restaurant food & staff were excellent!

Great location. Clean room. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and informative and always happy to assist in any way they could. A special mention to Brad for his happy welcome and extremely positive attitude throughout our stay. And to the lovely housekeeping lady.
