Fantastic Experience

Reception staff we're friendly and efficient. Location of the hotel was great and in the heart of The Cavern Quarter. Room was modern and furnished brilliantly, although lighting was a little difficult and dark. Complicated pad for controlling lights - a guide/instructions would have been helpful. Room was huge! USB ports would have been helpful - surprised in such a modern hotel they're not standard on plug sockets. Breakfast was excellent - hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. One downside was that the bread for toast had some mould spots. Staff quickly took this away and replaced but surprised this got missed. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Already thinking of when we will go and stay again.

A great hotel in a perfect location

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Lovely touches as it was my birthday they went the extra mile. Would recommend, had a great encounter with Eric at reception also - shout-out for being so friendly and helpful

Had a good stay … the room we were given the air con was broken after a couple of phone calls we were eventually moved to an upgraded room … breakfast was lovely .. bar good happy hour 5-7 … Porter was very helpful and extremely friendly

Amazing location, at the top of the famous Matthew Street. Hotel is great although room felt a bit tired. Reception please change those cheap pens at check in, it’s 4 star hotel and a pen is one of the first things guest experience.

Amazing!

From the moment we stepped through the door, we realised this hotel was special. Mo and Eric on reception were amazing! Welcoming, funny and friendly and are an absolute asset to the hotel - Thanks Guys! Room was great and the communal areas are a must for Beatles fans. 10 out of 10!

We had a balcony room 504. Clean and comfortable. TV in an awkward position on the dresser facing the wall not the bed. Shower screen was too large, made it very difficult getting in and out of the bath. No fridge in the room. This room is on the cavern club side, so if you are a light sleeper:-(. Overall really good, just a few niggles. Location excellent, close to shops, entertainment, Albert docks. Recommended.
