Rooms were tired looking. Lifts did not work properly. Cold Breakfasts. Bathrooms poorly designed with bath difficult to climb into and toilet in a separate box room. Air conditioning not fit for purpose.

Perfect stay

Excellent stay Friendly helpful staff Could have done with info on what coffee type the pods were for the Nespresso machine The room was quiet and surprisingly couldn't hear the traffic The hotel is a perfect short distance to the town

Great location

Stayed here with grandkids at the weekend this hotel is in a great location for visiting Liverpool and has a swimming pool which has to be pre booked but good for passing time with kids. Staff were very helpful. Only down side was a very strong smell of shake and vac on our corridor seemed to be used to mask other smells
