While the convenience of staying at the Aerotel is unmatched compared to other options, the rooms aren't that insulated from noise. Guests need to be aware that entering the sleeping areas talking at high volume and slamming doors isn't conducive to a good night's sleep for the rest of us. Perhaps as many reminders to be quiet as there are reminders to shut the bathroom door to avoid setting off the fire alarms might help.

Very disconcerting that there was no window in room . Felt very claustrophobic. However it was clean and incredibly convenient, steps away from check in for the flight .

Unhappy customer.

Not good, room had no window and barely enough room for me and two suitcases. Notices everywhere to keep bathroom door closed in case steam sets off fire alarms…..the desk staff could not help me with any of my questions about BA flights ie…what time is “twilight check in for BA” only to be asked what is that, they did not know! I am 83 years old and I was not offered any assistance with my luggage, in fact as I struggled they both just stood at the desk until I asked please could someone help me. Asked what time would I like breakfast and I said 7am to be told come down and it will be here in a box. It was adequate but I had no where to eat it and had to go out into airport and find a seat. Totally not the most pleasant of starts to a long trip ahead of me. They would not let me take a trolley to BA which is outside the building and I had to make two trips. I cannot recommend this hotel and its service to anyone. I am sorry to say as a seasoned traveller, the only rime I need to come again is the convenience of it being in the position it is within the airport, but will come prepared to not expect anything but a very clean bed and tea service with only one teabag and not even a glass to take a drink of water.

Location is everything and if you want an overnight stay next to Heathrow T3 then this gives you what you want. The room was tiny and the bathroom similarly small but it was functional. There is only one reason to stay here and that is to be next to T3.

The room is very small with no window, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It worked for an overnight sleep for an early morning flight and was very convenient to our terminal..

The staff were marvellous and the position of the hotel was really good. I arrived feeling jet-lagged and in pain from a neck injury. I got a bit confused and they helped to sort me out with great patience and care. They were all very helpful and kind. Jackie who I think was the manager was vert reassuring and made me feel at ease despite my going down to reception several times with various issues. The location is excellent - the entry to the hotel is in Terminal 3 - great position for arriving and leaving the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful. The heating wasnt working in the room but the Manager quickly sorted it out and gave us another room which was bigger and workedcwell. Very convenient for Terminal 3. The only downside there was only 1 restaurant nearby which was dosappointing.

Online it makes it sound like it is inside the terminal. Landed in 2. Nobody knew where it was. Asked 8 employees. Called and the staff was very hard to understand. Wasn’t clear I had to exit security and customs and walk for about 20 minutes to terminal 3. It would help if they had instructions how to get to it online from different terminals. The room was very small but nice. No window. Interior room which is a little different.

Room was very small but adequate for our one night stay. Unfortunately no restaurants in the surrounding area but were able to pick up food from M&S. very convenient for terminal 3 departure the following morning
