Property was perfect for a sight seeing trip to London. Close to Underground and close to several wonderful restaurants. Breakfast was great, facilities were new. Great stay and I cannot wait to return.

Property Manager Rakesh is a fantastic person. He took care of everything right from check-in till check-out. He made sure that every hotel guest is happy. I am very happy to see this level of hospitality. Great job by every staff member. I’ll book my stay again for my future London trips.

Wonderful experience staying in this property. Rakesh is a fantastic property manager. Rohan and Dhaval are doing great job. Overall all staff members were very attentive and caring. I’ll stay in this property for all of my London visits.

Room ok, but otherwise look elsewhere

Decent hotel in a rather shabby street. Reception staff rather frosty. Room was oddly in the basement with a "view" of a brick wall from 20 cm. Aircon couldn't be turned off without turning off all the electricity. Breakfast was bland, rather weary reheats and day old bread. I think I'll stay elsewhere in the area next time. It's poor value at this room rate.

The hotel was in an area with plenty to do, and places to eat. It was so close to a tube line. The foyer was very nice and rooms were spacious. The breakfast on offer was delicious, and great coffee! Air-conditioning was much appreciated in the rooms. We loved our stay and found it hard to leave. The pillows were the only thing that wasn't perfect, as they were a quite flat even when using two. But that was such a small thing, we'd definitely stay again if we ever make it back to London and would recommend it to others.

Great hotel, nice and clean, staff really friendly. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and yes it waa busy but you never waited long to sit down. Cleaning staff maybe a bit too good as they mistakenly threw away somethng we left in a bag on the floor and face cloths we brought with us were taken away when bathroom was cleaned
