OK - there were no tables in the URBAN restaurant unless pre booked, but we were not made aware of this - when we queried all the unused tables we were told they were for breakfast.

Easy walk from terminal 4 of Heathrow to the hotel. Trains worked well going from terminal 4 (the hotel) to the international terminal (T5). At first it seemed complicated but there was staff along the way once you you got to terminal 4. The hotel was upscale and lovely. It is attached to the Holiday Inn so there is a choice of where to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Very clean, very friendly staff and very convenient to terminal 4 and short stay parking. Would highly recommend and will definitely book there again
