The staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient access to Heathrow terminals by either a number of different buses or trains. Michelle in the lounge was very professional in looking after the guests. This is a great place to stay for an early morning flight departure or a late arrival.

Great amenities

Really lovely hotel close to Terminal 4. Very quiet and clean with all amenities available. Extremely courteous staff as well. Perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight, or even if you’re willing to commute from Heathrow to London.
