Loved that it is a 8 min walk within the airport if you are in terminal 4 then it’s a 2 min walk. Very comfortable and convenient

Easy access to Heathrow Airport. The room was nice but cleanliness was okay. Cup had previous guest hot chocolate stain. One of the towels was not clean. On the Wednesday i left at 9 back at 6 and the room had not been touched. On day 1 when i checked in they stated that i had not booked breakfast. I was charged £45 for three days. I queried this the next day and it turns out i had booked breakfast and now need to wait for a refund.

Convenient airport hotel

Very convenient hotel for the airport. Just a short walk from terminal 4 along an enclosed walkway. Building is split between Crowne Plaza and Holiday inn. Rooms in CP are large and comfortable though done are a long walk from the lifts.

Great hotel.

Lovely hotel located in T4. Has a connection to the Underground with easy access to the other terminals in Heathrow or into Central London. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Good and Comfortable Stay

My only issue was that the room on the first night had only one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth. This was corrected the following day.

Sir/Madam Only thing that seemed a bit different was the cost of a continental breakfast. Seemed out of line with other offers while touring the UK. The price offered to children seemed more reasonable. Other than this our stay was great and we will return, but not eating breakfast if it remains at this price! Cheers Dave
