So grateful for a place to sleep. Quiet. I finally found the way to get there. NOTE 2 Hilton’s in LHR so I was lost a lot wandering around and zonked. The food is meh. The bar service was great for quick dinner.

Had a really tiring and bad journey. was greeted very warmly and was upgraded to a king on the top floor. Burger in the bar was a bit dry but great breakfast and very convinient for Hatton Cross tube for Heathrow. Stayed about 10 times here. Great Hotel

Walkable location to public transportation

Check in was very helpful. Helped us navigate to airport with train. We appreciated the information. It was easy to navigate from the bus. The room itself was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

Wifi pain

Nice hotel, pillows were terrible. Not getting free wifi in the room was very annoying. I’m a member so get it free but to set it up was way too hard after a long trip, couldn’t log into membership easily. Need to do better there but rest of areas were satisfactory

The property looks good however we’ve stayed there few hours before our early flight. I made mistake of booking this location, we thought the one that is inside the terminal 2, we need to take taxi to this location, so lesson learned. Anyways, we still made it.

Excellent stay, the rooms were spacious and very modern up to date. The bed was super comfy. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and great amenities. Plus breakfast was tasty and a variety of options with a nice atmosphere. The only negative thing would be room service which I ordered a few times,( as I was busy working ) I thought for the price , the portions were quite small and quality taste was not up to the standard compared to breakfast. Other than that I would stay again at the Hilton.
