The In-house restaurant was surprisingly GOOD as was the staff. It's location was a strong point - as there is no other great reason for its location - short walk from the Tube station. Rooms were surprisingly quiet! Comfortable and clean - very hot water!

Unfortunately after showering my husband found dried gum stuck to our bottom sheet. Given the late hour we resigned ourselves to laying down a towel after he scraped it off. Bathroom was also in need of a better clean and towels had stains. Unimpressed with the cleanliness.

Unlclear how far they were from the terminal in the advertisement - we had a $30 cab ride. Cheap construction - the room next door did not quiet down until well after midnight.

Great spot for staying close to the airport. Breakfast is great and worth the money. Room was good and clean and bathroom very nice. Would stay again.

This hotel is a 15 minute cab ride or 30 minute shuttle ride to the airport. It is NOT a short walk to the airport. There is a second sister hotel with a similar name. We went to the sister hotel in error first. The hotel staff stated people arrive at the wrong hotel every day. Pay close attention to the hotel names. Both hotel names are very similar.

Perfect for the night before a trip

We stayed the night before a morning flight from Heathrow. Parking was easily available at the hotel for a small charge so we decided to park overnight and then move the car to the long stay car park in the morning. Check in was quick and simple (I had tried to get a Digital Key on the Hilton Honors app but that wasn't available for some reason). We didn't eat in the hotel but the bar and restaurant area looked welcoming. The room wasn't huge but enough space for three people (two double beds) for one night. The bath was a bit shabby and could do with replacing but other than that, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

End of a 3 week trip. Great place to land

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was clean and close to tube station. We enjoyed the bar for dinner options and the shuttle pick up for the airport.
