A great base to explore London from as just a few minutes walk from Hatton Cross underground. Friendly and attentive staff. Great sound proofing so you would never know that you were at Heathrow. Great stay. Big thanks 😊

Good for airport stopover

Stayed for one night before catching an early flight. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was good - the bed was comfortable and the room clean.

As a place to stay on our last night on holiday the hotel is well coated for Heathrow. The room was clean, well appointed and while the prices for drinks and snacks weren’t cheap, we were able to eat and have a relaxing last night before our flight. The breakfast was very good - and whoever runs the hotel knows their stuff - the service from all staff we interacted with was friendly and professional.

Not much around the area. Very good for a short stay on a long connection flight. use the Shuttle but be mindful it may take a while as per their schedule and terminal.

This was an average hotel airport. We needed one night close to the airport and this served us well. No frills, bathroom is tight and did not like having to step up into the tub with a glass door that swung in and out. But overall was a good enough experience.
