For £300, there should have been dressing gown, slippers, hot chocolate, bottled water,plus the sofa was out as a bed, not a sofa. The rooms were character less and the kettle didn't work! Good bed tho

I booked this one night stay in May. My plans changed since then and I forgot I’d made the booking. That’s my error, but I have received NO emails with information about my upcoming stay from the hotel or Hotels.com. Nothing since May. By contrast, I had email reminders from every other property on my itinerary booked via Hilton. Very disappointing. I won’t use Hotels.com again.

I liked the proximity to the terminal. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Check in wasn't great, they gave me the wrong room number and had to go back to the reception, because I couldn't open the door.

Landed in terminal 5. Was easily able to follow signs to get to the hotel by using lift, train, escalators, and walking. Check in and out very easy as well. Clean, quiet room. Comfy bed.

Heathrow location can't be beat.

Perfect place to stay for early flight out of Heathrow. Don't forget the bar on the 14th floor plus the good food in the restaurant. Had connecting family room. We'll stay again if flying out of Heathrow.

The rooms were like that of a holiday inn. There was so much dust in the room and it was very basic. For over £200 I wasnt very satisfied with the quality of the room.

Too expensive and not within the terminal

I did not want or need an Accessibility room but they refused to change my room. There must have been a mistake or I made the mistake but either way— they should have kept that room open for someone who needed it. The cost of this room was outrageous!
