Personal sehr freundlich und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Beim Frühstück war der Service und die Freundlichkeit von Sylwia absolut herausragend - so etwas haben wir selten erlebt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Dass die Schlüsselkarten an drei Tagen nacheinander neu freigeschaltet bzw. sogar ausgetauscht werden mussten und dass der Shuttle-Service nur zu bestimmten Zeiten nutzbar ist, ist schade, aber trübt den guten Gesamteindruck nur minimal. Toll wäre es, wenn der Shuttle-Service nicht nur morgens und abends, sondern auch zu anderen Zeiten nutzbar wäre. Ganz in der Nähe fahren aber auch öffentliche Busse in verschiedene Richtungen, auch zu den nächsten Underground-Stationen. Also alles prima. Vom Straßenlärm hört man praktisch nichts (obwohl unser Zimmer zur Straße hin lag).
