When I arrived I was checked in by Shakia who was very professional. However when I went to my room at 16:05 the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. it looked like a Bomb had hit it. I went Back to Shakia who was very apologetic and dealt with the situation very professionally. She even went to check on the new room herself to ensure that this had been cleaned. TV in the room didn't work so had to call down to reception again. Once again Shakia went above and beyond and manage to sort the issue, a dodgy lead in the back. After this first issues the rest of my stay was very nice. Staff are very polite and helpful, Gym & pool area were clean and tidy.

Stay was good, perfect location for work, and great bar/restaurant and great breakfast, room was good , the only comment was that it was loud with other guests throughout the nights lots of doors slamming. Other than the other guests , it was good !

Stayed for Spa facilities. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working which was a big disappointment to us. Gave more leisure centre vibes than spa. We had late check out which was good. Have to pay to park. Parking spaces were way to small and tight aswell

Shocking for a high cost
No cots in room despite being told they was in there when we checked in late at night. We then went and ate as we’d been told this. We then went to go to the room to sleep to find no cots at all. They then found 1 cot after a hour which was broken. Then found another that was ok. But meant we only had 1 cot and our daughter had to sleep in our bed. Meaning no sleep for us. Also found clothes drying on radiator from previous guests. So showing how well the room was cleaned. Oh and you had to pay for parking which isn’t mentioned on here
