Functional

Solid hotel used it for a trip to Twickenham and was great for that, only half an hour walk away. Not much for your money but price was very friendly for the area, I wouldn’t want to share a room even with my wife given how small they were but cracking for a solo traveller

I wish we had chosen a different hotel. In fact, we almost left to stay at a different hotel, but everything was non refundable so we stuck it out for our reserved 4 nights. The rooms are extremely small, there is about 1 foot between the bed and the wall. My husband threw out his back trying to get our suitcases to the other side of the bed. We were also surprised to find there wasn’t a full bathroom. It was like a studio apartment where the sink and shower were next to the bed and the toilet was in a tiny closet sized room. The bathroom (toilet room) also had blood and feces on the wall so we had change rooms, it was disgusting. House keeping only came to change the towels (requested) and restock toilet paper. On a positive note, the metro station was extremely close and convenient to get to. However if possible I would avoid staying here.

Clean basic room, friendly staff, no hairdryer in room but you just need to ask at reception. Pillows were hard not to my liking. Overall it was just what I needed.

It was in very good location - bus stops and train stations nearby to get to London Central. Shops/restaurants within waling distance. Room was very clean but a little small for 3 people! Good Breakfast option is available on the lower level.

Ideal location for Heathrow airport, plenty of public transport opportunities, good value for money, plenty of shopping and dining close by. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Rooms and shower a tad small, but ok if you’re not too tall. Comfy beds, daily room service and fresh towels

Not recommend for families

The rooms are abnormally small and not suitable for families, you would hardly have space to move around after keeping your luggages, toilets are also very small , wash basin was getting filled even if tap was running for 10secs. Breakfast was good, staff behavior was good, location is very good but overall stay was not satisfactory due to size of room and washrooms, no toiletries given no room service no tea/coffee or electric kettle in room.

It started off poorly when the check in process took around 25 minutes. We then went to our room and found that we only had a double bed, for three people. Back down to reception and another 20 minutes later, we had a new room, except from this new room 1. Couldn’t lock and 2. Was riddled with stains, on the floor, the beds and on bedside tables. But we had to settle as it this point it was almost midnight and we had to leave at 4am. During the night, we felt like we could hear anything on our floor and we were worried that someone would be able to enter our room. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel

Falls below expectations even for the low room rate. Rooms are tired, not clean, and quite cramped. Not even a kettle in the room. Hotel needs renovation. Desk service was fine.

Excellent stay worth the money

Good stay worth the moneynear transportation, tube station and bus stop nearby lot of places to eat , halal etc all types of cusine , next to high streets with all kinds of shops, has a supermarket next to the hotel
