We are glad you found many aspects of your stay to be positive although it's a shame it was spoilt by your room not meeting your expectations which we are truly sorry for. Regarding this we really could of helped if you had mentioned your room was uncomfortable and hot as our front desk team is always happy to relocate guests to bigger and quieter rooms if available or add extra fans if the room is too hot. Some rooms even have air conditioning units! Regarding your points on room being too hot we have been experiencing some un precedented weather from Londons heatwave which even for October was above average.Regarding the tea and coffee facilities, your point is noted, we do however pride ourselves on having a wonderful lounge bar downstairs that has a lovely selection of brews and a honesty ice cream fridge to boot, so hopefully you were still able to enjoy the ambience on offer.
