Didn't get hardly any sleep as the room next door were very noisy between 2am and 5am.. No respect for other guests!! Also, the bed was too hard which made my hips ache and the pillows were lumpy. No waste bin provided. Overall not a good experience!!

A pleasant overnight stay

Visited South Ruislip for a friend’s birthday party. Hotel very convenient for the tube station and venue. Very friendly reception from the front desk team and check in was quick and easy. They let us know about breakfast and gave us a discount voucher should we decide to have dinner with them. The room was a standard double which was clean and comfortable. It is close to the railway so we decided to keep the window closed overnight just in case we were disturbed but it was mostly quiet. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was ok but it did feel a little tired and could do with an update but overall it was fine. Tea and coffee making facilities are always welcome but there’s never enough of those milk sachets but a call to reception resolved that. They also brought up an iron and ironing board for us. We didn’t have breakfast as we tend not to need it but it was available at a reasonable extra cost of around £7.50 for Continental and £9.59 for a full. Overall it met our needs at a very reasonable price.

Great Location, but....................

I stay here a lot, it is perfect for the central line tube, and I go into London a lot, so it works for me. However, I am aware that the hotel needs some work spent on it, the rooms are a good size, but everything is tired, the shower works but is old, the sink drains slowly, the bed is clean but old - it all just needs a refresh and a bit of love I have never eaten in the restaurant in the evening, the food might be good, but it is just not appealing, again it feels un-loved the staff are nice, but are they proud of their hotel? they must be aware of its short comings?

Rude staff that do not listen and talk over you. Asked for a member of staffs first name and she refused to give it due data protection although i wantded it to make a complaint about her to her manager Then intimidating us to check out when we have requested another nights stay.

This is our 5th visit to the hotel, the room we were given was very tired, thread bare carpet and the staff were very dismissive. Really disappointing

Initially we had a room where the safety deposit did not work. We were then moved to another room. My husband almost hit his head and would have injured badly because the shower rod fell on him. The shower rod was attached to the wall with the electric tape. There was no phone in the room. It was cold in the room as the heating did not work properly. All my relatives complained of being cold in the room.
