The food is surprisingly good. Very good price although the distance from the airport is about 20GBP in a taxi so be aware of that. Perfectly good budget hotel with nice food and friendly staff in the restaurant/ bar area. I would stay there again.

Im severely blind women and was happy that i was offered a room near the lift and a bigger room Also i was really impressed that a member of staff called my room to check that everything was ok with me

Close to Twickenham stadium.

Lovely hotel close to train station. Very relaxed. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Also close to Twickenham stadium, great.

below average

Air conditioning was broken, the room was too hot to sleep in or get ready in, in the morning. The tap made a loud squeaking noise in the night, the duvet was dirty and old. The room is dated and needs refurbishing along with the amenities

Beds are crap

Cons: All of it last time I stay I think
I had the executive room and the bed springs were terrible this is the 2nd time I have had a problem there first time they took payment twice please be careful terrible place

Dissapointed

I have found the hotel has declined, feels grubby and dated. Bathroom floor was dirty, bedding was marked and dirty. Only one very thin pillow each. Heating in the room appeared not to be functioning. Electric sockets continually tripped. On the plus staff are friendly and helpful, parking was good.

Freindly staff

Booking was straightforward. Good value for money and great location for train and buses. Stayed here for 5 days for business trip. Single room was smaller than I expected but got used to that after the first day. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. The food was excellent and staff very friendly. Would recommend if looking for good location

Solo Traveller

Overall experience has been good, however the only missing part for free WIFI in the hotel room. After check-in I was informed that one needs to pay additional for getting wifi network. These days almost all good hotels offer wifi free in their package. I am sure many more would love to stay in this hotel if this 1 missing element is taken care of.
