We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general.

It was a little dated but for one night before a flight it was everything I needed. No lift if youre staying on the first floor. Worth baring in mind if you've a heavy suitcase. Friendly staff, would use again.

Amazing service by folks who cares. The kettle in the room with coffee and walkers shortbread were very appreciated. The buffet was tasty and varied clearly prepared by employees that are capable and fine tuned

An easy start to an early flight

Ideal for a morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. Far more relaxed than rushing across London on the day. The pod transfer to the airport is very easy and convenient.
