Cheap and good location

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to Picadilly Gardens (2 minute walk). Needs renovation in my opinion, in particular the rooms (our window wouldn't close and the room was very cold). If you don't like walking up stairs this hostel isn't for you either. Also noticed the fire escape on the 5th floor was padlocked (dangerous hazard). Overall though a good vibe about the place, a good common room where you can meet different people, and a decent price for a centralised hostel.

Horribly noisy hostel

The hostel has a noisy bar playing loud music until 3 am. Guests also shout at the smoking area at all hours and talk loudly in corridors. Don't book a room if you want to get sleep early.

I booked a bed in a women room in Hatters. When I arrived, Hatters was closed. By chance I learned that all who booked in Hatters get rooms in nearby Sarina. I was not informed about this. Staff at Sarina's was very friendly, but the environment very noisy.

A éviter!

Personnel très gentil mais... Lieux vétustes, fenêtres cassés ne pouvant se fermer, chambre et salle de bains glaciales, propreté minimale, lits inconfortables voir douloureux (ressors). J'ai logé dans une chambre pour femme et aurait refusé une chambre mixte ayant rencontré les locataires masculins au salon... Il y a une autre auberge du même nom à Mamchester. Elle est parfaite, allez plus tôt là-bas.
