Very helpful and professional staff all around. Ismael and Betty in the resteraunt made us feel so welcome and their service was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location, room was perfect for my family and young children. I would absolutely stay there again the next time I visit Manchester.

I really loved how clean the property was and how easy it was to check in considering how busy it was for a concert happening in the area! I loved the location as it was right next to the piccadilly line so I could get nearly anywhere in manchester by walking around or walking 5 minutes to the station and taking a train! I took the train to and from the airport and it was all very convenient! I felt the location was very safe, the only reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars was that the hinge on my door seemed to be broken and not fully lock. The extra level of safety with that hinge would’ve been nice, but i was so tired and the bed was comfy enough that I just fell asleep anyways!
