Our stay was great. Room was big and clean. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. 👏. Breakfast was good. Couple of small things to address..TV channels need to be sorted. BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 missing. Coffee pods weren't replaced.

Didn’t book accessibility room , but was given one , which is actually inconvenient as basin too low etc . Room also had adjoining door to next room and let noise through all night with very noisy neighbours .

We were able to check in slightly earlier. The room is a good size with a a very comfortable bed and large fluffy towels. Staff are very helpful.

Amazing city hotel

Another lovely stay, was given early check in and an upgrade. Very friendly staff who remember me as I am a regular at the hotel.

The only down side is we picked a twin room amd was told when we got there that its a preference and not a guarantee and ended up woth a twin. Otherwise amazing staff and the breakfast was delicious

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were great day to day, but really shined when a member of our party became very ill. Mo helped us book a hospital appointment with NHS and made sure we got there. He was kind and patient through the whole ordeal. Can't thank him enough.
