Excellent hotel right in the centre of Manchester. Clean and well organised. Friendly and helpful staff even when the queue was out of the door during a busy Saturday check in period! Good selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Will return.

Had a lovely stay for concert at Co-op Live- tram from Piccadilly to Etihad so easy. Hotel is in great location 2mins from Piccadilly station… room was spacious & bed sooo comfy, breakfast was great too. Would love to come back.

Relaxing stay until 8am then , banging sawing pipes banging all the way through to 10am when. I left I did call down and they said somebody would come up …they never appeared , I also mentioned it upon my checkout all I got was an ohh ,they could of notified upon checkin or moved room out the maitanace area upon checkin

The hotel was lovely and clean and had everything we needed even had 11am checkout which we loved so we could have a lie in. I would have given 5 stars but we were broken up early by work men either removing and adding to the scaffolding right outside our bedroom window. This was a Saturday morning. Also wish i had been informed the hotel/bar dont accept cash only cards

Nice room ,but air con not working, asked four times for help, told four times it would be sorted, in the end came back to room late at night to two electric radiators, wat was worse they weren’t even switched on , so room still freezing cold. Very disappointing experience overall.
