All I needed

A very last minute booking due to train problems. Check in, about 10 minutes after booking, was quick and polite. A toothbrush was delivered to me within a few minutes. The room was huge, the bed incredibly comfortable, everything you could want.

I had a really rough day prior to arriving to the hotel. The guy who checked me in was very accommodating and was happy to help, made me feel at home. I wanted to thank him but there were other people at reception by the time I left the room. Facilities was amazing, although the phone was not working in my room - I mean minor technical issues the staff was happy to note it down for maintenance but I was leaving the next day so it didn’t really matter after that. The gym was superb and well the area too. It was the break I needed before going back to London. Thank you team, you’ve been amazing.

Nice hotel overall, great service but bathroom and room had terrible sewage smell. More than just a bathroom smell, was unfortunately a sewage issue from the bathroom. Was manageable after a few minutes but not ideal for the price of the room. Apart from that can’t fault anything else, nice hotel and I’m sure other rooms do not have this issue.
