Evening staff member was in my view not very helpful has tv didn’t work and on asking him about it he said check source button and this didn’t work and was gone before I could tell him although did eventually fix it myself hence why i dropped a star but morning crew were so amazing and friendly and can’t fault them at all- breakfast was great -

Clean, friendly hotel, highly recommend.

This hotel was such good value The room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of clean, white, fluffy towels and miniature toiletries. The reception contacted us to check arrival time and to see if we needed anything. The staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Plymouth.
